Since 2015, Bouwmeester BV has been actively involved in training its own personnel as well as training third parties. For this purpose, a collaboration has been started with various schools and training companies.

Bouwmeester BV makes various machines available for training purposes and offers internship opportunities within our factory and departments.

We offer internships for the following courses:

Assistant installation and construction technology (crebo code 25253)
Allround construction worker (crebo code 25286)
Construction worker (crebo code 25291)
Engineering technician (crebo code 25297)
Mechanic mechatronics (crebo code 25342) - on request

A separate classroom has been set up at Molenraai for training purposes.

Airframe construction training (Tig, Mig welding courses)
Training starting machine / construction bench worker
Training as a machine builder
Training in basic drawing techniques (Autocad and Inventor) / reading drawing.
Measuring training and quality control.
Training of a new hydraulic mechanic
Training of starting fuel engines mechanic.
Training forklift driver (standard and 4-way reach truck)

The courses are offered in phases (and if interest has shown) and are very practical in nature. No preliminary training is required, but a healthy motivation and interest are a determining requirement to participate.
